Chef Cindy Hartog
Cindy Hartog, the founder and owner of Cindy's Sous Chefs is a teacher, actress, and chef. She has been lucky enough to find a way to combine her three passions into a single profession. She holds a Masters Degree in Educational Theatre from New York University and a Culinary Arts Diploma from The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City.
Sous Chef Danielle Hartog
Danielle, Chef Cindy's middle daughter, started cooking when she was 8 years old. Always passionate about cooking, she knew early on she wanted to be a chef. She was the official sous chef on two cookbooks, written by James Beard award winner Rozanne Gold. In 2012, Danielle began her first year at college at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Danielle is pleased to be able to assist birthday parties as Chef Cindy's full time sous chef.
Sous Chef Deanna Hartog
Deanna, Chef Cindy's youngest daughter, enjoys cooking with Chef Cindy as well. She is excited to finally be a full time sous chef, along with her sister, and helps with all of Cindy's Sous Chefs birthday parties!
