SUMMER CAMP 2010
All sessions are 1 week unless noted otherwise
Class meets daily from 10:30am-1:30pm, unless noted
Please bring a bag lunch
1 week sessions are $300
Unless noted, all classes are appropriate for children
ages 5 and above


June 28-July 3: Crafty Cooking: projects include cookie baking &
 decorating, soap making, candy crafting, use of a mandoline,
cotton candy & sno cone making, homemade ice cream creation
day,  and a french crepe  day!
July 5-July 10: Baking: Everything from cookies and breads to
formal cake decorating!
July 12-July 23: Two Week Teen Intensive: This class is
technique oriented and may include field trips:
Ages 12 and Above:

July 26-July 30 : 10am-1pm:  Cindy's Sous Chefs TV Show! We
plan,cook, and video tape our cooking show.  Everyone gets a
copy of our show to take home.
Spring Workshops: $50

St. Patrick's Day: Shepherd's Pie and fun themed food
crafts: Friday, March 12, 4-5:30pm
